Kfardebian is nested in the Lebanese mountains which offers the most appreciated and visited ski resort of the country. A Client, fan of snowboard and the resort, acquires a plot of 640M2 for his chalet to be erected, overlooking the surrounding landscape of snowy mountains and valleys. His request was to have a minimal cost and one material he and his wife favors: concrete. Thus all structural elements defining the house are cast in concrete such as walls, floors, ceiling & staircases, contrasted only by warm wood & greenery. Roof is sloped to comply to the regulations of the region.
