A couple acquired a 440M2 plot adjacent to their main house with an old 80M2 footprint construction. They decided to convert it to a guest house which opens to a vast garden. Opening of that construction where accordingly enlarged offering an extended view to a 300M2 landscape proposing BBQ on the side & a pergolas. The white gravel landscape soil is punctuated by olive trees, plants and flowers overlooking Beirut Port and  the mountains. The interior space was remodeled to an open plan with a central reception/open kitchen/dining from where we access two master bedrooms on either side.
