Byblos Mountain Restaurant
Architectural design of a 2400M2 restaurant in the Lebanese mountains on a 7500M2 plot. The project aims to keep four ancient stone construction giving them each a function: restaurant entrance, private eating room, shop and winery. These old stone constructions connect through smooth platforms which follow the topography . The main platform of 900M2 comprises the restaurant for 120 cutlery which opens at the back to two old wells through high windows and at the front to the surrounding mountains via a glazed facade framed in wood.
